David Stradley represents individuals in complex insurance and injury disputes. His practice concentrates on insurance bad faith and catastrophic injury cases. His successes include winning the largest personal injury jury verdict in North Carolina in 2012, in a case arising from the explosion of a food processing plant.
Mr. Stradley is a magna cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University (B.A. ’91) and earned his law degree (with high honors) from Duke University in 1995. He serves on the Board of Governors and the Legal Affairs Committee of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and on the Insurance Law Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, including its Insurance Section and its Bad Faith Litigation Group. Mr. Stradley frequently speaks on topics related to trial skills and insurance bad faith.
